Precautions

• ・Payment can only be made online.
• ・A separate Kyoto City accommodation tax of 200 yen (per person per night) will be charged on site.
• ・Children’s rates are the same as those of adults.
• ・Your credit card statement will serve as the receipt.
• ・We do not store luggage prior to check-in.
• ・Please present your ID at the registration desk on the day of the event.

Flow after Reservation

• You will receive an auto-reply e-mail to your registered e-mail address. If you do not receive the e-mail, please contact us.
• We will send you a guest information registration form by e-mail, so please input the information of all guests.
• We will later send you a PIN key for the entrance door by e-mail.

Cancel Policy

Cancellation fees are as follows.
7 days prior: 50% of room charge.
The day before: 80% of the room charge.
On the day of stay: 100% of room charge.
No-show without notice: 100% of room charge.
