Precautions
- ・Payment can only be made online.
- ・A separate Kyoto City accommodation tax of 200 yen (per person per night) will be charged on site.
- ・Children’s rates are the same as those of adults.
- ・Your credit card statement will serve as the receipt.
- ・We do not store luggage prior to check-in.
- ・Please present your ID at the registration desk on the day of the event.
Flow after Reservation
- You will receive an auto-reply e-mail to your registered e-mail address. If you do not receive the e-mail, please contact us.
- We will send you a guest information registration form by e-mail, so please input the information of all guests.
- We will later send you a PIN key for the entrance door by e-mail.
Cancel Policy
Cancellation fees are as follows.7 days prior: 50% of room charge.
The day before: 80% of the room charge.
On the day of stay: 100% of room charge.
No-show without notice: 100% of room charge.

- ※当日受付時に身分証明証のご提示をお願い致します。
ご予約後の流れ
- 登録メールアドレスに自動返信メールが届きます。メールが届かない場合は、お手数ですがご連絡ください。
- 宿泊者情報登録フォームをメールにてお送りしますので、全員の方の情報入力をお願いいたします。
- 後日、入口ドアの暗証番号キーをメールにてお送りしますので、ご確認をお願いいたします。
キャンセルポリシー
キャンセル料は以下の通り頂戴いたします。７日前から： 宿泊料金の50％
前日： 宿泊料金の80％
当日： 宿泊料金 100％
連絡なしの不泊：宿泊料金 100％
